sobre o uso de algemas no contexto da pris\u00e3o. De acordo com a s\u00famula, o emprego de algemas \u00e9 permitido apenas em situa\u00e7\u00f5es excepcionais, como quando h\u00e1 resist\u00eancia por parte do detido, fundado receio de fuga ou risco \u00e0 integridade f\u00edsica, seja do preso ou de terceiros.
