Esse diagn\u00f3stico deve abordar n\u00e3o apenas os problemas de sa\u00fade prevalentes, mas tamb\u00e9m as condi\u00e7\u00f5es sanit\u00e1rias e de infraestrutura que afetam a sa\u00fade geral na unidade.
